A: We source a wide selection of quality handmade furniture and accessories for your home office or study. We add to our collections every week, so be sure to come back regularly for the latest offers.

Q: Why does furnishing a home office properly matter?

A: As people spend more time working from home, we believe the space given over to that should be a comfortable environment you look forward to being in.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: We hate that feeling you get when you arrive at checkout having secured a great deal, only to be stung by expensive shipping costs.  All our shipping is free within the UK, and most products are eligible for Worldwide Delivery at an extra charge.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Our furniture will be delivered direct to your door within 6 working days.   Some accessories may take longer. 

Q: What’s your policy on returns?

A:  We accept returns on account of manufacturing defects subject to approval by the Returns Team. This includes free collection of the defective merchandise.

We accept returns on account of transit damages subject to approval by the Returns Team. This includes free collection of the merchandise.

Any defect or damaged returns must be logged within 1 working day.

These terms are also applicable to any repaired or replacement goods we ship out to you.  All refunds are processed within 14 business days and for the safety and security of your account, we only refund to the original bank account details which was used against the original order.

If you don’t like an item or it isn’t what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund, provided it is in the original condition and packaging.  Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return delivery.
